i appreciated the airport shuttle service (it was available 24 hours). the room was cleaned daily and i got fresh towels. the hotel is near many restaurants and popular attractions.
the tv turned on automatically when i entered the room and i could not change the language.

Wonderful Stay in the Heart of It All!!!

I had a lovely experience. The location was convenient. I could walk to many key attractions. The divine chocolate croissant at breakfast was a real treat. The rooftop view was awesome, especially as the sun went down. It was a real highlight of my evenings.
The thin mattress was a bit of a downer.

The rooftop terrace provided lovely views. The hotel is in an old building, but I found the silent disco party up there on Friday night so much fun! It gave an intimate, unique atmosphere.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was especially grateful for the front desk. They offered excellent dining suggestions and even helped me book a tour. the service was attentive and personalized.

The location was excellent (very close to many attractions). My room was cleaned every day. Staff members were friendly and helpful .
The breakfast room felt very cramped. The coffee machines didn't work well, sometimes missing milk. My room was small.
